The eFAACT Hosted offers the most flexible solution yet, QuickBooks® remains on your local network with eFAACT hosted & technically managed for you.

 

eFAACT Hosted includes two concurrent eFAACT Workstation subscriptions along with unlimited eFAACT Web access.  Select either a monthly subscription of $225 OR an annual subscription of $2400.  Additional eFAACT Workstation subscriptions are available for an additional user fee of $25/month.

 

With a proper environment for a government contractor requiring continual access, data backups, off-site storage, web server management, security and certificates… eFAACT Hosted is the most flexible and cost effective option for achieving these results. 

 

With eFAACT Hosted, all the features of eFAACT, including TimeCard and Expense Web are available to you with simply an Internet connection from a Windows® compatible computer!  No changes to your network configuration, no hardware to buy and no software to maintain.

 

Customer is responsible for providing client workstations with Microsoft Windows XP or higher and Internet connectivity.

eFAACT Hosted servers reside in a SSAE 16 compliant data center engineered with multiple levels of security, uninterruptible power, redundant HVAC systems, fire suppression and around-the-clock monitoring and management.

 

Five Levels of Security

Level 1: Proximity card access with PIN is required to enter the building.

Level 2: Proximity card access with Biometric (fingerprint) scan is required to enter the data center.

Level 3: All hardware is secured in a locked cage fitted with combination locks.

Level 4: Video surveillance cameras are placed throughout the facility.

Level 5: Staffed 24x7x365.

 

Uninterruptible Power
The data center is engineered with an uninterruptible power system and backup generator to deliver seamless power. In the event of a commercial power failure, the isolated UPS system will provide immediate backup power until diesel generators take over the load and continue operation of the center.

 

Redundant HVAC
The data center utilizes best-in-class environmental units to control and monitor the temperature and humidity in each data center facility. Redundant HVAC system keep the average temperature in each data center at 70 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure a consistent operating atmosphere for your mission critical technology infrastructure.

 

Fire Suppression
The data center utilizes dry-fire suppression systems that can be deployed manually, or by a sequence of three failures anywhere in a data center zone. The facility is also fully equipped with smoke and heat detection sensors as well as fire doors and handheld gas-based fire extinguishers.

 

Data Access

eFAACT provides multi–layer protection with application–level access control.  All data transmitted by eF is encrypted using industry standard 128–Bit SSL.

 

Backups

The eFAACT Hosted system contains five levels of backup redundancy.  eFAACT files are backed up at regular intervals and taken off-site nightly.
